  • 600 ml broth, clear
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 kg Chinese cabbage
  • 500 g round beef
  • 400 g tomato (s), chunky
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the onions and cut into fine strips. Peel the carrots and grate finely.
  2. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into fine strips.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan and sauté the onions in it. Add the minced meat and fry until finely crumbly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes at medium temperature. Mix in the Chinese cabbage and simmer for another 10 minutes on a low heat. After 5 minutes add the grated carrots.
  4. Cut the chives into fine rolls.
  5. Season the stew with salt and pepper and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
