Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chinese cabbage
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 3 orange (s)
  • 4 slices ham, cooked
  • 8 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce, dark
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground black
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Broth, (herb bouillon, instant)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dressing, it has to taste very strong !!!
  2. Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips, wash and spin dry. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
  3. Peel the oranges and fillet them over the Chinese cabbage so that the juice drips onto them.
  4. Cut the cooked ham into lozenges.
  5. Pour the dressing over it, mix everything together, season to taste again and serve immediately.
