  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the outer leaves from the Chinese cabbage, halve the Chinese cabbage, cut into narrow strips, wash and drain well.
  2. Peel the onion, dice finely, mix with oil, vinegar, ketchup, mustard and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the Chinese cabbage. Serve the salad immediately.
