Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds, peeled
  • 4 tablespoon almond sticks
  • 3 cups noodles (yum-yum noodles, chicken)

For the dressing:

  • 1 cup oil (sunflower oil)
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 packs spice mix (spice packets from the Yum-Yum noodles)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean, cut and wash the Chinese cabbage and spring onions. Toast the sunflower seeds and the almond sticks in butter. From the Yum-Yum noodle cups, just pour boiling water over the noodles (without the spice packets), let it steep according to the instructions and then rinse. Put everything together in a bowl.
  2. For the dressing, mix the sunflower oil with the herb vinegar and all the spices. Finally pour over the salad and serve.
