Ingredients

  • 350 g Chinese cabbae
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 40 g butter
  • 500 ml broth
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g potato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g ham (cooked ham)
  • 3 tablespoon chives
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips, cut the onion into small cubes and sauté with the Chinese cabbage in the butter for 5 minutes. Top up with broth and bring to the boil. Add the cream cheese and grate the potatoes into the soup. Let everything boil through. Add the spices to taste, cut the ham into strips and add to the soup. Garnish with fresh chives.
