Ingredients

  • 500 g Chinese cabbae
  • 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red, chopped and pitted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Ginger (5 cm), fresh, finely chopped
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into finger-thick strips.
  2. Then fry in a pan with garlic, ginger and chilli for about 3 minutes while stirring. Deglaze with broth, bring to the boil again and season with salt.
