Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove / garlic (does not have to be)
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 50 g lass noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber, slice into thin strips, mix with a little salt, leave to stand for 60 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, let the glass noodles boil in water for 4-5 minutes, drain and drain. Beat the egg and bake two thin pancakes and cut into small strips.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the chili peppers in it (not black), remove. Pour the hot oil over the onions and garlic. Add the soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Squeeze out the cucumber and add to the oil-spice mixture together with the chopped glass noodles and pancake strips - stir - season again - done!
