Ingredients

  • 100 g lass noodles
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ Chinese cabbage
  • 1 sachet spice mix for salad, (topping the salad)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon spice mixture, (Chinese spice)
  • 1 tablespoon germ oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into fine strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into thin strips. Mix the pasta and vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Mix the salad topping with soy sauce, Chinese spice, oil and 2 tablespoons of water and pour over the salad.
