Chinese Fried Rice

Original and tasty, bright and appetizing, colorful and beautiful – fried rice in Chinese style. It is simply impossible not to fall in love with such rice, it turns out to be incomparable. Can be served for lunch and dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice – 1 Cup (boiled)
  • Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Peas – 80 Grams (canned)
  • Bow – 50 Grams
  • Sweet pepper – 50 grams
  • Soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients. Boil the rice in advance. Take a glass of water for half a glass of rice, cook until tender for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings, cut the bell pepper into strips.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onions and bell peppers. Cook for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drive eggs into a frying pan, add peas.
  5. Stir eggs vigorously over high heat for one minute.
  6. Add rice, soy sauce and spices to the skillet.
  7. Stir the rice for three minutes.
  8. It turns out very tasty!
