Ingredients

  • 350 g spaetzle
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 spring onion (s) or
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • Soy sauce, dark
  • Oil (safflower or rapeseed oil)
  • Spice mixture Chinese spice
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • vinegar
  • 1 small Jar mushrooms, sliced (st choice)

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaetzle in salted water until al dente, drain and allow to cool.
  2. Finely chop the onion or cut the spring onion into fine rings. Wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Mix the spaetzle, onion and leek.
  3. Prepare a spicy marinade from oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, Chinese spices, chili powder and soy sauce (the amount depends on your taste and taste) and mix with the salad. Let stand overnight.
  4. Just before consumption, fold in the cut mushrooms and season again if necessary.
