  • 8 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 10 tablespoon vinegar
  • 7 tablespoon sugar
  • 8 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chinese spice
  • 2 leeks

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until it is firm to the bite, as it will continue to cook in the bowl afterwards. Don`t put off spaghetti.
  2. In the meantime, use the remaining ingredients to prepare the sauce. Cut the leek into small pieces and add to the sauce. Mix well. Then add the hot, drained spaghetti. Stir well often. The sauce will combine with the pasta over time.
  3. You should let the salad soak for a long time. Possibly prepare in the morning if you have a party in the evening.
  4. If you like it spicier, you can also use 3 tablespoons of Chinese spice.
