Ingredients

  • 500 g noodles (spahetti or Chinese mie noodles)
  • 1 point vegetables (China - vegetables, frozen)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • soy sauce
  • Sambal Oelek
  • Spice mixture, Chinese
  • some pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the pasta. Then sauté the onions and garlic in a pan with oil. Add the pasta and fry lightly. Add the vegetables and fry them too. Roast, turning several times, until the vegetables are heated. Season with soy sauce, sambal olek, spice mixture and pepper. Finally, beat the eggs over it and mix everything well until the eggs are set.
  2. If you don`t like it that spicy, you can of course leave out the sambal olek.
