Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel
  • 1 can (s) mushrooms
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can beans (mung beans)
  • 1 can soybean sprouts
  • Ground ginger
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pack gravy
  • 1 can sour cream
  • 1 hot pepper, dried
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Wine
  • Sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Marinade: cut turkey meat into cubes. Soak in oil, sauce thickener, ginger, salt, pepper, garlic and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Preparation: Fry the mushrooms in pepper and oil. Wash the leek and bell pepper and cut into strips. Add to the mushrooms and sauté. Add the meat, bean sprouts, and mung beans after a few minutes. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes. Deglaze with wine and soy sauce and add water depending on the consistency. Let the whole simmer for about half an hour. Then add the gravy and a little sour cream. Noodles, rice or white bread taste very good with it.
