Ingredients

For covering:

2 cups sour cream
2 cups cream
1 ½ point cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
3 tablespoon sugar

For the streusel: (chips)

100 g desiccated coconut
100 g butter
100 g suar

Instructions

Prepare a batter from the first six ingredients for the base. Spread the dough on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 18-20 minutes. Then let the soil cool down.
Then mix the sour cream with the cream and sugar and add the cream powder. Mix the whole thing quickly with the mixer. The mass is then evenly distributed over the floor.
For the shavings, the desiccated coconut, butter and sugar are roasted in a pan until the desiccated coconut is the color of sawdust. After a short cooling down, you can then distribute it on the cream.
