  • 300 g cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups flour (Almidon - cassava flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg, oil, cheese and milk in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl, then add the dry ingredients and stir with a large spoon.
  2. Then put the dough in small muffin molds and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 250 ° C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. The chipas are eaten here in Paraguay with terere (during break). They taste best lukewarm.
