Beat the egg, oil, cheese and milk in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl, then add the dry ingredients and stir with a large spoon.
Then put the dough in small muffin molds and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 250 ° C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
The chipas are eaten here in Paraguay with terere (during break). They taste best lukewarm.
