If you love chips, but taking care of your own health does not allow you to enjoy them as often as you would like, then this recipe is for you! With it, you can always cook chips without a drop of oil using the microwave. Be sure to try making chips at home and write in the comments whether you like it or not.
Ingredients
Potatoes – 2 pcs.
Ground sweet paprika – to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. I will use a vegetable cutter for this. You can do it with anything, even with a knife.
We wash the potato slices in water to get rid of excess starch.
Remove excess moisture from the potatoes with a paper towel.
Put a dry paper towel on a plate and put the potato slices on it so that they do not touch each other. Add salt and sweet paprika (or other spices, according to your taste).
We send a plate of potatoes to the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 watts.
After 2 minutes, turn the potato chips over to the other side and place them again in the microwave for 2 minutes.
