Ingredients
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g parmesan, rated
- 1 bunch chives
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- oil
- salt and pepper

- Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without oil and let them cool.
- Roughly chop the chives and parsley, puree them together with the sunflower seeds, grated Parmesan and oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with pasta.
