Ingredients

  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without oil and let them cool.
  2. Roughly chop the chives and parsley, puree them together with the sunflower seeds, grated Parmesan and oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with pasta.
