Butter – 60 grams

Salt and Pepper – To taste
Milk – 1/2 Cup
Cream – 1/2 Cup
Garlic – 4 Cloves
Cilantro – 1/2 Bunch
Directions
Rinse and dry the chicken. Cut it carefully along the breast line. Combine suneli hops, salt and pepper. Rub this dry mixture on all sides of the chicken. Melt the butter in a skillet. Place in chicken butter.
