Ingredients

  • 250 g mararine
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 75 g flour
  • 250 g cornstarch
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • possibly hazelnuts
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add cinnamon, cocoa and cardamom and gradually knead in the flour and cornstarch. Wrap the dough in cling film and put it to cool for half an hour.
  2. From this you form an approx. 2 cm thick roll and cut off 1 cm thick slices. These are then formed into balls and pressed onto the baking sheet lined with baking paper so that the underside is flat, but the top remains arched. Alternatively, depending on your taste, you can roll a nut into the ball, I prefer it without it.
  3. The chocolate is baked at 175 ° C for 20 minutes. The cooled chocolate can be dusted with icing sugar for decoration.
  4. The cookies are really tender.
