Ingredients
- 150 g butter, soft
- 3 egg (s), separated
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 small banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 60 g desiccated coconut
- 5 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
- 150 g wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 150 g chocolate icin

- Separate 3 eggs and beat the egg whites with 50 g sugar until stiff. Mix the softened butter with the 3 egg yolks and 100 g sugar. Mash the banana, drizzle with lemon juice and stir into the sugar and egg yolk mixture. Add 50 g desiccated coconut and milk. Then fold in the beaten egg white. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and fold in carefully. Put one half of the dough in a well-greased Gugelhupf pan (20 cm). Mix the other half of the dough with the cocoa powder. Now place the cocoa dough on the light-colored dough and pull it through in a spiral with a fork. The whole thing is baked at 175 ° C with convection (or 200 ° C top / bottom heat) for about 40 minutes.
