- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 125 g mararine
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 280 ml milk
- 4 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 50 g chocolate flakes
- 1 apple
- margarine

- Mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar on the highest setting. Add the margarine and stir. Mix the flour and baking powder together and stir into the dough alternately with the milk. Then stir in the grated chocolate and the baking cocoa. Finally, cut the apple into fine cubes and fold into the batter.
- Bake waffles from the batter in a greased waffle iron.
