Ingredients

  • 280 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 6 egg (s), separated
  • 8 rib / s chocolate (cooking chocolate)
  • 240 g flour
  • 1 ½ kg apricot (s), fresh or canned apricot halves
  • Butter for the sheet
  • possibly sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and yolk until frothy, fold in the softened chocolate, flour and stiffly beaten egg white. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and cover with apricot halves (cut surface facing up!). Bake at 150 ° C in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
  2. Let cool down and sprinkle with sugar if necessary.
