- 2 avocado (s), ripe
- 1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh
- 2 handfuls cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 50 ml water, approx.
- 2 tablespoon coconut blossom sugar, possibly more

- Halve and core the avocados and remove the pulp with a spoon. Place in a tall container with the lime juice. If the hand mixer is not so powerful, grind the cashew nuts before pureeing. Add cashews, cocoa powder, coconut blossom sugar and half of the water and mix. Possibly add more water and, if necessary, more sugar.
- Tastes great as a dessert or spread.
