Chocolate Banana Bread with Zucchini

Incredibly delicious, sweet chocolate banana bread that my kids love very much. Great for breakfast and school snacks. Try it!

Ingredients

Directions

Beat eggs with sugar.
Add vanilla sugar, sour cream and vegetable oil to the eggs.
Mash the banana in mashed potatoes, grate the zucchini on a fine grater. Add to eggs
Add dry mixture (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, coffee, cinnamon and salt) to the liquid mixture.
Add some of the chocolate chips to the dough and stir. Place the dough in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on the bread and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool the bread completely and serve!
