Ingredients

  • 130 g suar
  • 115 g butter or mararine, melted
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon buttermilk or milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 345 grams flour
  • 3 banana (s), very ripe
  • 1 bar couverture, chocolate or Easter bunnies / Santa Clauses
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Beat the melted butter with the sugar until frothy. Then add the beaten eggs. Peel the bananas and mash them well with a fork. Add to the rest of the flour with the flour and stir. Stir in baking powder and milk. Chop the couverture. Finally add the vanilla sugar together with the chopped couverture and cocoa and mix.
  3. Bake in a greased loaf pan for about 40-45 minutes.
