Instructions

  1. This casserole is ideal for making delicious chocolate muffin or chocolate cake leftovers. The quantity allows a lot of leeway - it doesn`t matter whether a little more or less leftovers are used, the casserole is simply a little higher or lower.
  2. Crumble the cake remnants and place in a baking dish, press down firmly with a spoon. Drizzle with liqueur if you like (orange juice if children are also eating). Danger! Muffin leftovers are juicier than cake leftovers, so drizzle them sparingly.
  3. Mix yogurt with sugar, lemon juice and San Apart. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Cut the bananas into slices and place them in the baking dish, putting a few slices aside for decoration. Then spread the yoghurt cream on it. Garnish with cocoa powder and bananas.
  4. No San Apart in the house? The cream is also a little firmer if only 250g yoghurt + 250g quark or mascarpone are used.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
