Ingredients

  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 25 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon banana liqueur
  • 200 g chocolate, (block chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the saucepan. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff. Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the powdered sugar and liqueur until smooth. Pull this mixture into the cream. Also fold the melted chocolate into the cream and put the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
