Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and water until frothy; Add flour and baking powder. Beat egg whites into snow and fold in carefully. Spread the mixture on a greased tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 15-20 minutes (random sample).
  2. Let cool and spread the bananas evenly on top.
  3. Cream: For the cream, prepare 1 package of vanilla pudding as described on the package, but with 60g sugar (and 1 / 2l milk). Let cool - stir more often so that no skin forms.
  4. Whip 250g butter (room temperature) for a good 10 minutes until it is white and looks like a whipped cream. Fold in the cooled pudding by tablespoonfuls. Make sure that neither butter nor pudding are too cold, otherwise the cream will curdle.
  5. Now spread the cream evenly on the bananas.
  6. Make a glaze from approx. 300g household chocolate and approx. 100g butter in a water bath and brush the cake with it.
  7. Cut into pieces immediately before the chocolate hardens !!!
  8. I just say: JUST DELICIOUS
