Bananas – 200 g (2 pieces of medium size, peeled)
Black chocolate – 100 g
Orange – 1 pc.

Sugar – 2 tbsp
Vanilla sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
Squeeze about 50 ml of juice from the orange.
Peel the bananas, break the pulp into pieces and send to a saucepan or stewpan.
Mash the bananas into mashed potatoes with a pusher or fork. You don’t have to get rid of the lumps completely.
Add sugar, orange juice, and vanilla sugar to the mashed banana. Stir.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and, stirring constantly, bring the contents to a boil. Continue stirring and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the saucepan. Stir and remove from heat.
Stir the banana mixture thoroughly to completely melt the chocolate.
If desired, you can punch the mass with a hand blender until smooth.
Transfer the paste to a container with a lid, let it cool completely at room temperature, and then refrigerate for about 1 hour to thicken the paste.
Enjoy your meal!
