For the cream:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Heat the chocolate icing. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces, put them on sticks, dip them in the glaze and then let them cool down.
  2. Mix the custard powder with a little milk. Bring the coconut milk to the boil with the rest of the milk, stir in the pudding powder and cook the pudding, stirring again and again. Add sugar and coconut flakes, then let cool down completely. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cold pudding.
  3. Put the cream on the dessert plate and cover with the chocolate bananas.
