Chocolate Biscuit (Best Recipe)

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 10 pcs.
  • Sugar – 300 g
  • Flour – 250-300 g
  • Cocoa – 60 g

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees.
  2. Mix the sifted flour with the cocoa.
  3. Beat the cooled eggs.
  4. Continue whisking, adding sugar a little.
  5. Beat until fluffy, stable white mass (10-20 minutes).
  6. Gradually pour the cocoa flour into the beaten egg mass, stirring gently and slowly.
  7. Grease the mold with oil.
  8. Put the dough in a greased form and bake the chocolate sponge cake in the oven preheated to 175-180 degrees until cooked (40-50 minutes) without opening the oven door.
  9. The biscuit is ready!
