I suggest making shortbread cookies using chocolate butter. The baked goods are tender, crumbly, moderately sweet. Both adults and children will like these cookies. I share the recipe!

Ingredients
Chocolate butter – 180 Grams
Wheat flour – 330-350 grams
Baking powder for dough – 10 grams
Milk – 3 tbsp
Egg – 1 Piece
Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons (for sprinkling the dough)
Cocoa powder – 1.5 Art. spoons
Directions
Prepare the required ingredients.
In a bowl, combine butter, egg and milk. You don’t need to use a mixer, just stir with a fork.
Add flour, baking powder and cocoa to the resulting mass. Stir with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands.
The dough is soft, pliable and does not stick to your hands.
Lightly dust the working surface with flour and roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick.
Sprinkle the top of the layer with sugar and lightly roll with a rolling pin. Cut out the cookies by cutting.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Transfer the prepared future cookies to a sheet. Put to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
After the time has passed, remove the cookie sheet. Remove from sheet and refrigerate.
Serve delicious, crumbly cookies with your favorite drinks.
