  • Boiled condensed milk – 300 g

Chocolate Cake Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and cocoa powder in a separate container.
  2. Melt the butter in a separate container. Add milk and cocoa-sugar mixture to the melted butter. Mix everything and leave it on fire, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes homogeneous. After boiling, cool the resulting chocolate mass. We leave a few tablespoons for the glaze.
  3. Add eggs, soda, and flour to the chocolate mixture, beat with a mixer until smooth.

  5. Send to bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes, checking the readiness with a wooden skewer or a toothpick.

  8. Grease each cake with cream. Pour the top cake with chocolate icing, which was left before you start kneading the dough. (If desired, the icing can be prepared according to any recipe.)
