Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 sachet flavor, (orange-back)
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 450 g couverture, white

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar and the orange-baking until creamy, then beat the eggs over it. Add the vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. Chop 150 g white couverture and add to the batter.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased bundt cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. Melt the rest of the couverture in a water bath and cover the cake with it.
