Chocolate Cake with Apples and Cinnamon

Autumn has come and the apple season is in full swing. I really love apple baked goods. This recipe is one of the most popular among my loved ones. This cake is a perfect combination of chocolate flavor with apples and cinnamon. Ingredients

• Apples – 3 pcs.
• Flour – 180 g
• Sugar – 130 g
• Eggs – 2 pcs.
• Butter – 70 g
• Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
• Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons
• Baking powder for dough – 1.5 teaspoon.
• Powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and cocoa).

   

2. Beat eggs, sugar and melted butter.
3. We knead the dough. To do this, mix dry and liquid mixtures.
4. Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut them into slices.
5. Line the mold (22 cm in diameter) with baking paper and grease with oil. Put the dough into the mold. We put apples on top, trying to drown them a little in the dough.

   

6. We lay out the apples in a circle, starting from the sides.
   Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.

   

7. We send the cake to the oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Sprinkle the cooled chocolate pie with apples and cinnamon with powdered sugar.
