  2. Prepare the rest of the ingredients: beat the eggs, chop the banana pulp with vanilla extract until mashed, beat the softened butter, measure out the sugar.
  3. Pour water into a deep bowl.
  4. Add sugar (it is best to use warm water to dissolve faster). Add butter, banana puree, eggs. If you use aromatic liqueur in your recipe for making a chocolate banana cake, for example, add it to the bowl at this stage.
  5. Add thoroughly mixed dry ingredients and beat thoroughly.
