Ingredients

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 400 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 8 egg (s)
  • 350 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 600 g double cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Fat and flour for the mold
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate and melt over a water bath. Mix the butter, 250 g sugar and the vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in four eggs one after the other. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with 75 ml of milk. Also stir in the chocolate and cocoa
  2. Mix four eggs and 150 g sugar until creamy. Then stir in the cream cheese and starch
  3. Pour 2/3 of the chocolate dough into a greased, flour-dusted Savarin tin with a diameter of 26 cm, spreading some dough up the edge. Pour the cheese mixture into the recess. Mix the remaining dough with 25 ml of milk and spread over the cheese mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 150 ° C for about an hour.
  5. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
