  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sugar, mix everything with a blender. Pour the dry ingredients into the egg-sugar mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Grease the baking dish with oil or cover it with baking paper. Pour in the chocolate dough and put in an oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees for half an hour. We do not rush to remove the finished cakes from the mold, but leave them to cool.
  4. To prepare the cream, pour the cooled sour cream into a bowl, add the icing sugar and mix with a whisk or blender.
