Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then gradually stir in the eggs. When the mixture is thick and creamy, mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve and briefly stir in with the cocoa powder and cream.
Pour the dough into the prepared cake tin and bake at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for 50-55 minutes.
After cooling, cover with a chocolate glaze as desired.
