Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, white and brown sugar, honey and egg until frothy. Then add flour, salt and baking powder and stir well. Finally mix in the muesli. Place small blobs on a baking sheet and leave plenty of space. These things get huge. Bake at 170 ° C for about 12-15 minutes and then leave to cool on the tray for 5-10 minutes.
