Chocolate Cheesecake Instructions

  1. I chopped the cookies in a blender into crumbs, added cocoa, butter and mixed everything thoroughly. The finished mass was tamped onto the bottom of the mold.
  2. Whipped cream. Beat the cheese with powdered sugar and brandy. Melted chocolate in a water bath. Mix everything and pour it onto the dough. Smooth over the surface and put in the refrigerator. The more cheesecake is in the refrigerator, the better. I did it in the evening and drank tea at lunchtime.
  3. Delicious chocolate taste, reminiscent of chocolate ice cream.

Enjoy your meal!
