Chocolate Cheesecake

In summer, when it’s very hot and you want something sweet, you can make this cheesecake and enjoy the taste that resembles chocolate ice cream.
Ingredients
- Cookies – 200 g
- Butter (room temperature) – 200 g
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
- Soft cheese (carat) – 200 g
- Cream (38%) – 200 g
- Dark chocolate – 200 g
- Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
- Brandy (or cognac) – 3 tbsp
Directions
- I chopped the cookies in a blender into crumbs, added cocoa, butter and mixed everything thoroughly. The finished mass was tamped onto the bottom of the mold.
- Whipped cream. Beat the cheese with powdered sugar and brandy. Melted chocolate in a water bath. Mix everything and pour it onto the dough. Smooth over the surface and put in the refrigerator. The more cheesecake is in the refrigerator, the better. I did it in the evening and drank tea at lunchtime.
- Delicious chocolate taste, reminiscent of chocolate ice cream.
