Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream
  • 5 ml honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder

Instructions

  1. First stir the cocoa powder into the milk and then heat while stirring (do not boil). Let cool down.
  2. Now whip the cream until stiff. Then stir the stiff cream and honey into the milk and cocoa powder mixture. Finally, the chili powder is added. Stir.
  3. Now put the mixture in containers and let it freeze in the freezer for several hours until it has solidified and turned into ice.
