  • 250 g butter
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 75 g flour

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking pan (approx. 20 x 25 cm) or baking dish with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. For the chip cookie dough, knead 175 g of flour, baking powder, 125 g of softened butter, 150 g of sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 1 egg in a bowl. Add the chocolate droplets and mix in. Spread the dough into the prepared baking pan with a tablespoon. Place the oreo biscuits side by side on the cookie dough.
  3. For the brownie dough, chop the couverture and melt it together with 250 g butter in a water bath. Let cool slightly. Mix 3 eggs and 75 g sugar into the chocolate butter with a mixer. Briefly stir in 75 g flour. Pour the batter onto the oreo and smooth it out.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 - 35 minutes. Then let it cool down a little and cut into small squares.
