Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are perhaps the tastiest biscuits you can make at home without great pastry skills. Simple but incredibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 220 Grams
  • White sugar – 150 Grams
  • Brown sugar – 100 grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Vanilla extract – 2 Teaspoons
  • Flour – 350 Grams
  • Soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Chocolate chips – 270 Grams

Directions

  1. Beat the butter at medium speed of the mixer until a creamy homogeneous mass is obtained.
  2. Add both types of sugar and beat for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beat until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, salt and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to the creamy mass and beat until smooth.
  5. Add chocolate chips to the dough.
  6. Whisk again until all ingredients are combined.
  7. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. We spread the dough on it – about 2 tablespoons each. for one piece of cookies. Do not stack too tightly – the peri of the cookies will increase during baking.
  8. We bake for 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Cool the finished cookies and serve.
