Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cup flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 200 g butter
  • 0.75 ¾ cup sugar, brown
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack pudding powder, taste your choice
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 350 g nuts, dried fruit or sweets (M & Ms, chocolate chips, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder. Put butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and pudding in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy. Then mix in the eggs. Gradually add the flour. Now fold in the nuts or sweets. You can of course mix both.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use the teaspoon to cut off small portions (or larger, as desired) and place them on the paper. The cookies do not run wide, which means that the distance does not have to be that large. For me, about 25 pieces fit on a sheet.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for about 8-10 minutes. Makes about 50 cookies.
