Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 220 g suar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 m. Banana (s), mashed
  • 125 g butter, melted
  • 2 egg (s), lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (extract)
  • 1 cup chocolate (chocolate chips)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  2. Mix the sifted flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl
  3. In another bowl, mix the bananas, best chopped up with a hand blender, eggs, butter, vanilla extract and the chocolate chips with a hand mixer.
  4. Then add the dry ingredients and work everything into a smooth dough.
  5. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with icing sugar right away and best serve warm. But also tastes very good cold.
