  • Sugar – 5 Tbsp. spoons (2 tablespoons – in the dough, the rest – in the filling)
  • Cocoa – 2-3 Art. spoons
  • Water – 40 Milliliters

  1. Prepare your ingredients.

  2. Beat an egg into a bowl, add salt, sugar and butter.
  3. Mix everything very well. Add flour and baking soda.
  4. Knead the dough.
  5. Roll it out with sausage and cut into pieces. Press down a little with your hand.
  6. Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet.
  7. Send it to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
  8. Combine the remaining sugar and cocoa.
  9. Pour in water. Stir.

  10. Melt the chocolate mass over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  11. Grease each cookie with chocolate icing on top.
  12. The chocolate iced cookies are ready!
