Chocolate Coconut Cookies

Chocolate coconut cookies are a great dessert that will appeal to both children and adults. Cookies are made from melted chocolate, cocoa, eggs and coconut. I hope you will like it!

Ingredients

  • Coconut Flakes – 2.5 Cups
  • Chocolate – 100 Grams
  • Cocoa – 3 Art. spoons
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Sugar – 1/2 Cup
  • Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Beat egg whites with salt and sugar until persistent peaks.
  3. Add cocoa powder, coconut and egg whites to the chocolate. Gently mix everything and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. We form a cookie, sprinkle it with coconut. We bake in the oven for 25 minutes, temperature 180 degrees.
