Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g chocolate decor (chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder well, sieve and set aside.
  2. Mix the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of cinnamon until frothy. Gradually add the beaten egg and beat well with the butter mixture. Stir in the flour mixture. Finally fold in the coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
  3. With the help of a teaspoon, cut off small piles of dough and place a little space between them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 10-15 minutes. When the biscuits are ready, place them on a wire rack and let cool down well.
