Ingredients

  • 150 g butter or mararine, soft
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • Oil for the waffle iron

Instructions

  1. Mix the fat, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Add the eggs and stir in alternately spoonfuls of flour and 100 ml of milk. Halve the dough, add one half of the cocoa and 2 - 3 tablespoons of milk, add 2 - 3 spoons of desiccated coconut to the other half, depending on your taste.
  2. Brush the hot waffle wafers with oil, pour light and dark batter in dots on the waffle iron and bake the waffles.
